Not at all. Your programme is built around what you have available — whether that's a fully equipped gym, a set of dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight. We'll assess your setup during the consultation and design accordingly.

Most clients start with 3 sessions of 30–50 minutes per week. The exact schedule is built around your diary, not mine. If your week gets disrupted, we adapt — consistency over perfection is the whole philosophy.

Yes — many clients come with existing injuries, joint pain or health considerations. I'll work within your limitations, progress carefully and often help reduce the pain that brought you here. I always recommend consulting your GP before starting if you have any significant health concerns.

Everfit is a user-friendly coaching platform available on iOS and Android. Your workouts are delivered there each week, with video demonstrations for every exercise, a log to track your sets and reps, and a messaging feature to stay in touch with me directly. Most clients pick it up within minutes.

No strict diets here. Nutrition guidance is practical, flexible and built around your preferences and lifestyle. The goal is awareness and gradual improvement — not obsession. You should be able to eat out, enjoy your life and still make meaningful progress.

Most clients notice improved energy, better sleep and reduced aches within the first 4–6 weeks. Visible physical changes typically follow within 2–3 months of consistent training. Sustainable fat loss and significant strength gains develop over 3–6 months — and keep improving long after that.
